These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to purchases made from SLN Performance LTD. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices and compatibility information displayed on our website are accurate.
Images are provided for illustration and identification purposes. Minor differences in colour, finish, packaging or appearance may occur where manufacturers update products or production specifications.
Product descriptions and specifications supplied by manufacturers may occasionally change without prior notice.
VEHICLE FITMENT
Many of the products sold by SLN Performance LTD are vehicle-specific.
It is important that you check your vehicle model, chassis code, engine, production year and any other relevant fitment information before ordering.
Our vehicle fitment tools and product compatibility information are provided to help you identify suitable parts. If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before ordering.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when requesting fitment advice.
If a product supplied by us does not conform to the description or compatibility information provided by us, your statutory rights are unaffected.
PERFORMANCE PARTS AND VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS
Many products sold by SLN Performance LTD are aftermarket performance components intended to modify the operation, performance, sound, appearance or characteristics of a vehicle.
Some modifications may affect:
vehicle emissions
noise levels
manufacturer warranties
insurance
MOT or roadworthiness requirements
vehicle type approval
local road traffic regulations
Certain products may be intended for motorsport, competition or off-road use only. Where we are aware of such restrictions, we will endeavour to make this clear within the relevant product information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the installation and use of any modification complies with the laws and regulations applicable to their vehicle and location.
Nothing in this section removes our responsibility to describe products accurately.
INSTALLATION
Performance components should be installed by a suitably competent person.
Where specialist tools, mechanical knowledge, ECU calibration, welding, fabrication or other professional work is required, we strongly recommend using a qualified installer.
SLN Performance LTD is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, improper maintenance or installation that does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the product itself is faulty, defective or not as described.
TRUSTED DEALERS AND INSTALLERS
Our website may provide details of independent workshops, installers or trusted dealers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these businesses are independent third parties and are not employees, agents or subsidiaries of SLN Performance LTD.
Any installation, labour or other services purchased directly from an independent dealer or workshop are provided under an agreement between you and that business.
We recommend confirming pricing, availability, installation requirements and booking arrangements directly with the relevant dealer before travelling.
ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods shown in your order.
You will normally receive an automated order acknowledgement confirming that your order has been received.
Receipt of an order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:
a product is unavailable
a pricing or listing error has occurred
payment cannot be authorised
we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
we are unable to deliver to the address provided
the order breaches these Terms of Service
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due to you will be refunded to the original payment method.
A contract for the purchase of goods is formed when we accept and process your order for fulfilment or dispatch.
PRICES AND VAT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable store currency.
Where applicable, prices include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
PRICING AND LISTING ERRORS
We take reasonable care when publishing prices and product information.
If a product is accidentally listed with an obviously incorrect price or material error, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.
Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of a genuine pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or another authorised payment provider.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied when placing an order.
FRAUD PREVENTION AND ORDER VERIFICATION
To protect our customers and our business from fraud, orders may be subject to automated or manual fraud screening.
We may request additional information to verify an order where we reasonably believe this is necessary.
This may include confirming customer details, delivery information or payment-related information.
We reserve the right to hold, refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment activity or misuse of our website.
We will never ask you to send us your full card number, card security code or online banking password by email.
DELIVERY
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or within our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and dispatch estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and accurate.
Where tracking information is available, this will normally be provided after dispatch.
Risk in the goods passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered into their physical possession or to a person identified by them to receive the goods, subject to applicable law.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are dealt with in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Eligible consumers purchasing online have statutory cancellation rights in addition to any rights provided by these Terms.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage where stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy and permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods supplied to consumers must comply with applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Your statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, refund or other remedies depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.
WARRANTIES
Some products may be supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to your statutory rights.
Where a manufacturer warranty is available, the length, scope and conditions of that warranty are determined by the relevant manufacturer.
A manufacturer warranty is additional to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you have against SLN Performance LTD as the retailer.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION
Any modification made to a product after delivery may affect the ability to diagnose faults and may affect any manufacturer warranty.
This can include cutting, welding, drilling, coating, machining, altering electrical connections or otherwise modifying a component.
This does not automatically remove statutory rights where a genuine product defect exists, but we may need to establish whether a reported issue was caused by the product or by subsequent modification, installation or use.
AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Stock information is updated regularly, but in rare circumstances an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where required.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND BRANDS
SLN Performance LTD sells products manufactured by both ourselves and third-party manufacturers.
References to third-party trademarks, manufacturers, vehicle manufacturers or model names are used for identification and compatibility purposes.
Unless expressly stated, SLN Performance LTD is not affiliated with or endorsed by the vehicle manufacturers referenced on this website.

The content of this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts and original images, is owned by or licensed to SLN Performance LTD unless otherwise stated.

For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
We are not responsible for business losses suffered by a consumer, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or commercial use, where the goods were purchased wholly or mainly for personal use.
BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Where you purchase goods wholly or mainly for the purposes of a trade, business, craft or profession, you are purchasing as a business customer rather than a consumer.
Certain consumer cancellation rights do not apply to business-to-business purchases.
Any specific trade or dealer terms agreed separately with SLN Performance LTD will take precedence where they conflict with these general Terms of Service.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Terms that apply to an order will normally be those published on our website when the order is placed.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing contract.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and contracts with SLN Performance LTD are governed by the laws applicable in Northern Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory legal protections or rights that apply in the jurisdiction in which they live.
