The Dorch DS25 high-pressure fuel-pump kit increases fuelling capacity on supported BMW B58 Gen 2 applications. Choose the kit for your chassis and confirm the engine generation before ordering.

- BMW Z4 G29: Z4 M40i.
- 2–4 Series: G42 M240i, G20/G21 M340i and G22/G23/G26 M440i.
- 5–8 Series / X5–X7: B58 Gen 2 G30/G31 540i, G32 640i, G11/G12 740i, G15/G16 840i and G05/G06/G07 X5/X6/X7 40i.
- X3 / X4: B58 Gen 2 G01/G02 X3/X4 M40i.
The photograph shows the 2–4 Series kit; supplied fittings and lines depend on your selected chassis kit.
Fitment and installation
For the second-generation B58 350-bar fuel system, not B58 Gen 1. Compatible ECU calibration and professional installation are required. Higher-flow injectors are needed to use the pump’s full potential and are not included. Any upgraded camshaft components are also separate.
For B58 Gen 2/TU1 only. Not for later Gen 3/B58N2 engines. Confirm the actual engine generation; model badge, chassis code or registration year alone does not establish compatibility.
