DESCRIPTION
A six-injector DE1500 set developed by Dorch Engineering and Stanadyne for first-generation BMW B58 performance builds.
Fitment
B58 Gen 1 only: M140i F20/F21, M240i F22/F23, 340i F30/F31/F34 and 440i F32/F33/F36. Dorch also lists Gen 1 540i G30/G31, 640i G32, 740i G11/G12, X3 M40i G01 and X4 M40i G02 through model year 2019. Confirm the actual engine generation; a model badge or registration year alone is insufficient. Not for Gen 2/TU, Gen 3/B58N2, S55 or S58.
Installation
Software changes and professional installation are mandatory. Confirm that your tuner has the correct Dorch DE1500 calibration before ordering. Dorch offers custom implementation through its tuning team; published one-click software presets are still described as forthcoming and are not promised here. Supplied as six injectors; calibration, tuning and fitting are not included.
