DESCRIPTION
The VRSF 5-inch Performance HD intercooler is a direct-fit upgrade for the listed BMW F-series N20, N26 and N55 applications. Its dense bar-and-plate core improves charge-air cooling and resistance to heat soak while retaining practical road-car response.
Key details
CFD-optimised cast end tanks work with the factory intercooler piping and compatible aftermarket charge pipes. Each unit is pressure-tested and protected with a thermal-dispersant coating. The design supports UK right-hand-drive and compatible xDrive cars.

- 1 Series F20/F21: 125i N20/N26 and M135i N55.
- 2 Series F22/F23: 220i/228i N20/N26 and M235i N55.
- 3 Series F30/F31: 320i/328i N20/N26 and 335i N55.
- 4 Series F32/F33/F36: 420i/428i N20/N26 and 435i N55.
- M2 F87 N55.
The 5-inch version is the approved option for F23 and F33 convertibles. Confirm engine and chassis rather than relying on the model badge alone.
