VRSF 5" Performance HD Intercooler – BMW Z4 35i & 35is E89 N54
DESCRIPTION
Replace the standard intercooler on an N54-powered BMW Z4 with the Z4-specific VRSF 5-inch Performance HD front-mount intercooler. This is the 5-inch core, SKU Z4-10903070; it is not the larger 7.5-inch Competition or Race version.
The high-density bar-and-plate core is designed to control intake-air temperature and resist heat soak while maintaining low pressure drop. Cast-aluminium end tanks provide a durable, smooth-flowing transition compared with fabricated multi-piece designs.

Installation
The 5-inch core is designed as a direct replacement. It does not require bumper trimming, although minimal trimming of the black plastic shroud may be required on some vehicles.
UK Vehicle Fitment
- 2009–2016 E89 BMW Z4 sDrive35i with N54 engine — six-speed manual or seven-speed DCT
- 2010–2016 E89 BMW Z4 sDrive35is with N54 engine — seven-speed DCT
Not suitable for other E89 Z4 engine variants or the later G29 Z4. Contact us with your registration or VIN if you are unsure about fitment.
