The VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade replaces the factory charge pipe on compatible G-series BMW B58 applications. Please refer to the chart below for exact fitment. Every VRSF Charge Pipe is constructed from mandrel-bent T6061-grade aluminium, including the flanges. Each flange is precision-machined from CNC billet aluminium, including the throttle-body, intercooler and vacuum connections. After welding, the pipes are test-fitted on multiple jigs to help ensure reliable, leak-free connections.

Each VRSF charge pipe is finished in a durable wrinkle-black powder coat that blends into the engine bay. It includes one plugged 1/8″ NPT bung for methanol injection, boost-leak testing or use as a boost source. The kit includes the high-quality four-ply silicone couplers and stainless-steel T-bolt clamps needed to replace the failure-prone factory charge pipe.
